Standish, Maine -  UMaine-Farmington fell to the University of Southern Maine on Wednesday night by a final score of 14-5 at the SJC Athletic Complex after the game was moved due to field conditions.

IN THE BOX

  • Carly Raymond and Keilly Lynch each scored two goals on four shots. Raymond had three assists with three ground balls and two caused turnovers. Lynch had five ground balls and one caused turnover.
  • Sierra Gilley had one goal on two shots with two ground balls and one caused turnover.
  • Aliza Jordan scored five goals for the Huskies on 10 shots with two assists and one ground ball while Colleen Fleming had three goals with six ground balls and two caused turnovers.
  • Megan Violette also had three goals with four ground balls while Mira Kuni had six ground balls.

  • The Huskies had 31 ground balls to UMF's 22 while the Beavers were 1-3 on free position shots. The Huskies were 1-6 while outshooting the Beavers 35-17.
