Farmington, Maine – After taking game one Friday night, the UMaine Farmington Beavers battled the UMaine Presque Isle Owls on Saturday afternoon for game two of the home-and-home series at Farmington. In the end, the Beavers prevailed 61-49.

- McKenna Brodeur led the way for the Beavers with 15 points, shooting 6-10 from the field. Brodeur also contributed with seven rebounds and a game-high 5 blocks.
- Alex Bessey finished with 13 points and six rebounds. Bessey shot 4-10 from the field and went perfect from the free-throw line, shooting 4-4.
- Tia Day finished with 12 points. Her perimeter shooting was on display, going 4-12 from the three-point line. The Beavers carried over their defensive effort from Friday night, recording a total of eight blocks.
- Mariah Dunbar led the Owls with 14 points, also shooting 4-12 from the three-point line. Taylor Miller pitched in with a double-double (12 points and 10 rebounds).
The Beavers will look to keep the winning streak going after the holiday break. They will host Lasell University on January 4th. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
