UMF Ski Team Wins Team Competition at Titcomb

WEST FARMINGTON, Maine – The University of Maine at Farmington Ski Team won as a team against the University of Maine at the United States Collegiate Ski Association Reynolds Division event held at Titcomb Mountain on Saturday.
 
Lindsey Jacques finished second in the women's dual slalom race. Jacques' combined time was 1:10:72 and two seconds off the lead pace.
 
On the men's side, Alex Rose and Samuel Ricker were the top two skiers in the men's dual slalom.  Rose posted a total time of 1:03:49 and improved by over a second in his second run. Ricker followed Rose by almost a full second (1:04:33) and also raced faster on his second run than his first.

UMaine-Farmington travels to Black Mountain in Rumford on Sunday.
