Hollis Finishes Second at SJC Runnin' Invitational; Beavers Finish 4th

STANDISH, Maine – The UMaine-Farmington men's cross country team finished fourth overall as a team at the Saint Joseph's College Runnin' Monks Invitational Saturday afternoon.

Robert Hollis led UMF with a 28:40 in the 8k and good enough for a second place finish. Hollis was followed by Austin Gatcomb, who finished fourth with a 28:50. Emmanuel's Sean Colford earned the title after crossing the line with a 28:23.

The Beavers placed fourth overall after a three way tie for first between St Joseph's, Emmanuel, and the University of New England.

UMaine-Farmington returns to the trails next Saturday for the Maine Collegiate Championship.
