Waterville, Maine – UMaine-Farmington's men's indoor track and field team competed at the Thomas College Small School open on Saturday with a second-place finish.
Garrett Fisher took fifth in the 60 meters with a time of 9.51 as Ben Toribio took second place in the 200 meters with a time of 26.52. Corbin Bouchard took eighth place with a time of 30.56 followed by William Chinnock with a time of 34.64.
Cam Morin took ninth in the 300 meters with a time of 1:08.63 as Joe Ashby finished in fourth place in the 800 meters with a time of 2:08.04 with Thomas Dupuy taking seventh place with a time of 2:27.43. Evan Burnell ran the mile with a time of 5:25.35 with Cam Morin taking ninth with a time of 6:05.59. Caleb Grover ran the 3000 meters with a time of 10:46.41 as Ben Toribio taking second in the long jump with a distance of 5.67 meters.
Alixx Canwell took first place in the shot put with a distance of 11.38 meters followed by Isiaah Boria with a distance of 8.46 meters.
