AUBURN, Maine - University of Maine at Farmington field hockey team was defeated on Tuesday night by Bates College 11-0. With the win, the Bobcats improve to 4-6 and the Beaves fall to 1-10.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Bates offense scored five goals in the first half to take a 5-0 lead into halftime
- The Bobcats offense continued into the second half, scoring six more goals for the final tally
- UMF's Chloe Horn got the lone shot on goal for the Beavers
- Beaver goalie Grace DiMarco made 12 saves in the game

UMF will travel to NAC rival Thomas College on Saturday (Oct. 13th). Gametime is scheduled for 11 am.
