Farmington, Maine - The #13 top moment of the University of Maine at Farmington's athletic season is women soccer as McKenna Brodeur scored four goals in a game against the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She also had an assist in the game which means she had a hand in five out of the six goals in the game. The result of the game was a 6-0 win for the Beavers.
Brodeur was a Second Team All-Conference selection in the conference and finished the season with 13 goals and seven assists. The Beavers had a successful season making the playoffs and losing a tough quarterfinal game 1-0.
Another highlight win for the Beavers was a 2-1 win against the University of Southern Maine as Kaiti Kinney scored the game-winning goal with less than 5 minutes remaining in the game.
The Beavers look to improve on their success as Brodeur and other experienced players return to the roster for the 2018 season.
