Standish, Maine – UMaine-Farmington men's cross country team took second place at the 2017 Running Monks Invitational.
The Beavers were led by Jeremiah Sands with a second-place finish with a time of 29:12 out of 45 runners, followed by Robbie Hollis who finished third with a time of 29:19.4. Jason Labbe took ninth place with a time of 31:14.3.
David Doering rounded out the top four for the Beavers with a 14th place finish and a time of 32:12.1 while Jordan Friend took 16th place with a time of 32:37.6.
The Beavers will head to Southern Maine to race.
