Castleton, VT – UMaine-Farmington men's basketball team was edged out by Castleton University on Tuesday night by a score of 75-26 in Glenbrook Gym.

IN THE BOX

  • Milani Hicks led the Beavers in scoring with 15 points after going 6-10 from the floor with 11 rebounds and three assists.
  • Issac Witham added 14 points on 5-10 from the floor with four rebounds and one steal.
  • Riley Robinson finished with 13 points with six rebounds and five assists.
  • Amir Moss and Eric Berry each added 12 points for the Beavers.

  • UMF shot 42.9% from the floor on 24-56 shooting, 25% from three-point land (6-24) and 87.5% at the free throw line (14-16). The Beavers notched 34 rebounds, 18 assists, and four steals.
  • The Spartans shot 45.8% from the floor (27-59), 36.8% behind the arc (7-19) and 56% at the free throw line. Castleton tallied 39 rebounds, 14 assists, six steals and two blocks.
