Men's Alpine Closes out the Weekend

Men's Alpine Closes out the Weekend

Mt. Abram - The men's alpine team struggled to find the throttle today, but had a strong second run showing to place 2nd overall at the Reynolds Division GS hosted by Mt. Abram.

The men were led by Curtis Paradis placing 3rd overall after holding the 4th place finish after run one.  Following Paradis was freshman Axel Lindsay placing 6th overall.  Rounding out the beavers top 3 results was junior and captain Jedediah Stevens making a strong move from 12th first run to 8th overall.

Coach Willihan responded to how the men performed today with; "The men held back slightly and left time on the hill after the first run, but with strong second run showings that gave a glimpse to their top end speed.  Its time to go fast as we head into the later part of the season!"

Next weekend brings our annual Lost Valley SL and Theme race, as well as a GS at Black Mountain of Maine.
