Multiple Beavers Gain Post Season Honors

Derek Bowen has been named to First Team All-Conference as a utility player. The first year athlete batted .374 with 43 hits in 115 at-bats. 43 hits was one shy of the all time-hit leader in a single season.  Bowen finished the year with three doubles, one triple and four homeruns with 15 runs and 24 RBIs. In the field, Bowen made 59 putouts with three assists.

Mark Leahy has been named to Second Team All-Conference as a third basemen. Leahy finished his four-year career in a Beavers uniform with a career batting average of .268 with a .304 average this year.  Leahy totaled 31 hits, five doubles with 16 runs and 11 RBIs.  On the mound, Leahy made eight appearances in 26.1 innings of work giving up 29 hits and 11 earned runs with a 2.73 era.  In the field, Leahy totaled 173 putouts with 30 assists.

Jordan Croteau has been named to the Sportsmanship team. The senior catcher played in 33 games this year with a .206 batting average. Croteau finished his career just two hits shy of 100. Croteau tallied 21 hits with eight doubles and 10 RBIs. In the field, a total of 92 putouts with 11 assists.
