UMF Athletics Announce Hall of Fame Class of 2018

Farmington, Maine – University of Maine at Farmington Athletics announced today that six former Beavers comprise the UMF Athletics Hall of Fame class of 2018. The public is invited to attend the induction ceremony on Saturday, September 29, 2018. Hors d'oeuvres will be at 5:15 p.m., the meal at 6:00 p.m., followed by the inductions. The ceremony will take place in North Dining Hall located at Olsen Student Center on South Street of the University campus.

Rachel Dunbar (Bard) '02 led the women's basketball program for four years while majoring in rehabilitation services and earning a minor in psychology.

Kari Biggs (Simpson) '07 a four-year standout women's basketball, majored in early childhood education.

Richelle Dube '03 excelled in both women's soccer and softball for four years while majoring in mathematics with a minor in computer science.

Mike Fullerton '02 dominated in both baseball and basketball for three years after transferring from the University of Maine. He earned a degree in community health education.

Lars Sjulander '01 demonstrated defensive prowess for four years on the men's soccer team while earning a degree in general studies with minors in business, political science, and coaching.

Dave Wedge '84 made significant contributions while competing in four years of men's soccer. He also competed with the baseball program for two years and majored in business with a minor in communication.
