FARMINGTON -- The University of Maine at Farmington women's volleyball team ran its record to 3-0 in the North Atlantic Conference with a 3-0 (25-20, 25-15, 25-20) win over Thomas College tonight at Dearborn Gymnasium.

The Beavers (5-6) and the Terriers (5-9, 1-2) are both scheduled to travel to Green Mountain College on Saturday for NAC matches against the host Eagles and Castleton State College.

Emily Beebe (South Paris, ME) powered the Beavers with team highs of 10 kills and seven service aces, while Shannon Mitchell (Portsmouth, NH) collected nine kills and Caitlin Flaherty (Pembroke, MA) led the team with seven digs. Beebe (10-4-17) and Mitchell (9-3-18) each had hitting percentages over .300, while the team served up 18 aces.

Sarah Marckoon (Lamoine, ME) led the Terriers with six kills, while Brytanny Joyce (Canaan, ME) made 10 digs.
