Rowan honored as NAC Player of the Week
FARMINGTON -- University of Maine at Farmington sophomore outside hitter Jenna Rowan (Kittery, ME) was named the North Atlantic Conference Women's Volleyball Player of the Week as announced by the conference today.
Rowan led the Beavers to a 3-0 opening-round victory over Thomas with seven kills, an assist, four service aces, four digs and a block assist.
Farmington (10-10) is scheduled to travel to Husson University Saturday for the NAC semifinals and finals. The Beavers are slated to face Maine Maritime Academy at noon.
