Golf Season Review

The Golf team had one of the lowest season team scoring averages in UMF history this year.  UMF relied heavily on the phenomenal play of captain Andy Carlton, who finished third in the MAC Championship with a one over par score of 145.  With much improved play throughout the MAC,  the Beavers saw their score of 298 in final round of the MAC Championships eclipsed by the record breaking 286 score of Husson College.  Prior to this year UMF's score would have been a conference record.  The Beaver's overall team record ended as 18-21.  With everyone returning  from this year's team, UMF looks to overtake Husson and challenge for the MAC championship next year.
