Deans named NAC Player of the Week
FARMINGTON -- University of Maine at Farmington sophomore midfielder Emma Deans (Gorham, ME) was recognized as the North Atlantic Conference Field Hockey Player of the Week as announced by the conference today.
Deans led the Beavers to a 3-0 week, including a pair of NAC wins. Deans notched a hat trick in an 8-0 win over Thomas and scored the game-winner in a 1-0 victory vs. Lasell.
The Beavers (5-3) are scheduled to return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Colby College. The game is tabbed for a 6 p.m. start.
