FARMINGTON -- The 11th annual Healthy Beaver 5K Road Race is scheduled to be held May 3 at the University of Maine at Farmington Health and Fitness Center with the kids one-mile fun run tabbed for a 9:30 a.m. start followed by the 5K at 10 a.m.

The event is a fundraiser for the University of Maine at Farmington men's and women's cross country teams.

Registration fees before a postmark of April 25 are $5 for UMF students and $8 for non-UMF students. Day-of-the-race registration is $7 for UMF students and $10 for non-UMF students. Day-of-the-race registration opens at 8 a.m. Registration form

Awards will be given to top male and female and top UMF male and female students.
