POULTNEY, Vt. -- The University of Maine at Farmington men's cross country team finished third in the North Atlantic Conference Championships Saturday at 11 a.m. at Green Mountain College.

Lyndon State repeated as NAC champions as the Hornets amassed 27 points followed by Maine Maritime (39), Farmington (78), Castleton (82), Johnson State (156), Thomas (169) and Green Mountain (183). Full results
Cam Betts (Gray, ME) came in eighth for the Beavers on the 8K course in 28:56. Kel Cenga (Brewster, MA) and Pat Pozzetti (Portland, CT) placed 14th and 15th, respectively, at 29:37 and 29:44 followed by Jake Gomberg (Winthrop, ME) in 20th at 30:12 and Cam Fecteau (Gorham, ME) in 21st at 30:24.
Betts earned All-NAC First Team honors, while Cenga and Pozzetti were named to the All-NAC Second Team.
Josh Grant of Lyndon State was the overall winner at 27:22.
