WATERVILLE --The University of Maine at Farmington men's cross country team placed third at the Colby Invitational today.
The host Mules (18 points) won the event followed by Bowdoin College (55), the Beavers (69) and Thomas College (102)
Cam Betts (Gray, ME) finished in 10th place with a time of 30:11.26 on the 8K course for the Beavers. Pat Pozzetti (Portland, CT) followed in 14th at 30:30.50 with Kel Cenga (Brewster, MA) in 18th at 30:44.40 , Jeremiah Roper (Bangor, ME) in 23rd at 31:32.46 and Jacob Gomberg (Winthrop, ME)) in 26th at 32:25.33 rounded out Farmington's scoring
Farmington is scheduled to visit St. Joseph's College next Saturday.
