The UMF Department of Athletics recognizes the importance and impact of the Coaching Certificate/Minor and is attempting to evaluate the impact it has had on the coaching profession and UMF graduates. To do this we are surveying UMF alumni to identify who has contributed to the coaching profession after leaving UMF. We ask you to please fill out this survey as accurately as possible. If you have coached or are coaching more than one sport we ask that you fill out a form for each sport. Any additional comments you might have regarding coaching and UMF are welcome.
