Softball Eastern Maine Class A champions 2001, KVAC softball champions 2002. All conference 2002 field hockey, 2001, 2002 all conference in softball. Central Maine Newspapers 1st team field hockey 2001, 1st team softball 2002, 2nd team 2001. Academic Honors: National Honor Society, Who's Who, National Achievement Academy Award - Math, Maine Scholars Achievement Award, Girls State, Presidential Award for Educational Excellence. What was it about UMF that set it apart from the others? "UMF reputation for producing successful teachers, being close to home and having the ability to play multiple sports were all defining factors." What do you like the most about UMF? "I think the size of the school and classes create a more closely knit, comfortable atmosphere, and the people are all incredibly friendly. It is everything I thought it would be...the education, athletic programs, people, size, etc."
